Start by boiling the udon noodles for 1 minute to 2 minutes to soften them up. Use pre-packaged fresh udon noodles. The pre-package udon brand I used is Myojo Udon. One package is one serving. Because this recipe is 3 servings. I used 3 packages of the Myojo Udon brand. Costco also sells fresh pre-package udon noodles. The Myojo Udon package comes with the sauce seasoning, but you can toss those out since it will not be used for the recipe.

If you’re wondering what brand of kimichi sauce I use, I use Ajumma Republic Kimchi Sauce. When you’re done adding the sauces, mix and stir-fry everything together for a few minutes.
