Prep all your ingredients. You will need one jar of marinara sauce or any kind of pasta sauce. In this recipe, I used Bertolli’s Olive Oil and Garlic Pasta Sauce. I took 3 sticks of mozzarella string cheese and cut them into small cubes that are about 1/2 inch. Any remaining sticks of string cheese will be sprinkled on top of the meatballs and pasta sauce. The rest of the ingredients include 1 pound of beef, garlic powder, bread crumbs, onions, 1 egg, salt and pepper.

Crack an egg and put it in the bowl with the ground beef.
