What I love about my lasagna recipe is the use of the Italian style cheese blend rather than the use of just the traditional cheeses like Ricotta, Mozzarella and Parmesan. The Italian cheese blend comes in one package so you don’t need to buy three separate cheeses to make lasagna. It consists of Mozzarella, Parmesan, Provolone, Asiago and Romano cheeses. The Italian cheese blend adds a depth of flavor and richness to this lasagna recipe. It’s so savory and delightful that every bite will make your heart flutter.

Well, put on your cooking apron and let’s make this lasagna recipe for 2!!

In a loaf pan or dish, cover the bottom of the pan or dish with the meat sauce. Next, add the lasagna. Since the lasagna will be longer than the dish, cut the noodles and use the remaining pieces for the next layering. Then, add meat sauce and cheese.

Continue layering until noodles are gone. Top it off with meat sauce and cheese. Sprinkle with dried parsley, which is optional. Bake at 250 Degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.

Enjoy your lasagna and make sure to have it with garlic bread. Yum!!
