In a bowl, add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and dark soy sauce together
Boil noodles for 3 mins and drain
Cut broccoli and carrots
Heat pan to medium heat and add cooking oil
Then, add the carrots and broccoli into the pan. Stir fry for 2 to 4 mins. Next, add the noodles and stir fry everything together.
Add noodles into the pan and the sauce mixture. Cook for an additional 5 mins.
Serve and add some dumplings to eat as an appetizer with your Pad Mama
