In a pot, add pork bones, Knorr Chicken cube, ginger, carrots, lotus root, and water. Bring to boil and let it boil for 7 minutes. After 7 minutes of boiling, simmer for 2 hours. Skim off fat and oil from the top of the soup.
After 2 hours of simmering, your lotus root soup is ready
If you plan to cook it in a crock pot, boil the pork bones first. Then, place all the ingredients and pork bones in the pot and cook on low for 8 hours.
