Take 6 slices of bread and cut them into cubes. Toast the bread cubes for 5 minutes
In a pot, add the milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, sugar, butter and salt. Heat the ingredients and mix until the butter has melted. Once the mixture has cooled, beat the eggs and add it to the mixture
Place toasted bread into a baking dish or pan and pour mixture over the bread. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
Remove the baking pan or dish from the refrigerator and bake for 350 F for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle sugar on top and enjoy!
