Hawaiian Butter Mochi- Hawaii's Best Hawaiian Butter Custard Mochi

Ingredients
  • 1 custard butter mochi powder mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 tbsp butter
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 Degrees F

  2. Grease a 8x8 inch baking pan

  3. Melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a small bowl 

  4. Beat 4 large eggs in a separate bowl

  5. In a large bowl, whisk together Butter Mochi Powder Mix, 2 cups of milk and the rest of the ingredients for approximately 10-15 seconds or until mochi batter is smooth.

  6. Pour mochi batter in a 8x8 inch baking pan

  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown. 

  8. Cool on cooling rack, cut into squares and serve. 

  9. Wrap leftover Butter Mochi in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
