Pre-heat the oven to 350 Degrees F
Grease a 8x8 inch baking pan
Melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a small bowl
Beat 4 large eggs in a separate bowl
In a large bowl, whisk together Butter Mochi Powder Mix, 2 cups of milk and the rest of the ingredients for approximately 10-15 seconds or until mochi batter is smooth.
Pour mochi batter in a 8x8 inch baking pan
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on cooling rack, cut into squares and serve.
Wrap leftover Butter Mochi in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
