In bowl, combine the soy sauce, lemon juice and olive oil, which will be used to marinate the salmon
Place salmon in a dish. Pour marinade sauce over the salmon. Rub the marinade into the salmon. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
As the salmon is marinating, cut lupchong into slices and mix it together with mayonnaise
After the salmon is done marinating, place on a baking pan. Spread lupchong/mayo mixture on the surface of the salmon. Sprinkle furikake over the top of the mixture.
Bake the salmon at 400 F for 15-18 minutes.
