My honey garlic spare ribs recipe consists of pork, garlic, oyster sauce and honey. I just love how the honey creates a delctable glaze.
If using boneless spare ribs, cut pork in 1/2 inch pieces and poke holes
in the meat so it can absorb the sauces. If using regular spare ribs with the bone still on it, poke a few holes around the meat. Rub in the honey, oyster sauce and minced
garlic. Marinate overnight. Place in the fridge.
After a day of marinating, bake pork spare ribs in the oven for 1 hour at 350 degree F.
After 1 hour, your honey garlic spare ribs are ready to eat. Garnish with fresh green onions
