Place the pork shoulder in a mixing bowl. Next, add in the hoisin sauce, honey, oyster sauce, fermented bean curd, Charsiu seasoning, and thin soy sauce.
Marinate the pork overnight in the refrigerator.
Take the marinated pork from the refrigerator and bake at 250 F Degree for 1 hour 15 mins. Halfway through the cooking time, take a 1/2 teaspoon of honey and spread it on the top of the pork to create a glaze on the Charsiu.
Finally, remove from the oven and let it cool. Slice and Serve!
